Our adults classes are designed to be fun, provide new social meetings and maybe check off a bucket list item or two!

We are always looking for new ways to reach our adults. Please contact us with class/program requests.

Classes will run Jan 22-April 13 (no classes March 18-30)

$12/drop in public

(Must be registered in a current class or have a student registered in current season, any program)

Fridays 1:30-2:30

Women only ages 30+

Please bring water bottle, towels, yoga mat, pillows/blocks, and light weights (1-3 lbs)

Yoga socks are also recommended.
