Whole body health is an important component to a healthy lifestyle. From strength of mind to strength of body, our instructors for AIDA Wellness believe that EVERYONE has the tools they need to maintain or improve their own well-being in a safe, nurturing community environment. Whether you are looking to relax with a yoga class, burn calories in a dance fitness program, or learn skills to improve your physical, mental and emotional health, kids and adults will find a program that fits their needs with our trained, certified AIDA Wellness instructors.

Kids Yoga Adventure

Empowering students ages 4-9 yrs with tools to respect and respond to emotions for improved mindfulness, self-regulation and improved physical health using fun themes, games and yoga poses. 

Classes will run Jan 22-April 13 (no classes March 18-30)

10 classes for $125 or $15/class

(payment plans available for seasonal registration)

Ages 4-6 yrs 

Mon 1:30-2:15 or Wed 4:15-5:00


Ages 6-9 yrs

Mon 4:15-5:00 or Thurs 1:30-2:15

Students should bring a yoga mat and block(s) to each class.  

We also recommend yoga socks.  

*Please note this is an independent learning class. Parents will drop students off and return at the end of class.


Ladies Strength and Stretch

Focusing on gentle strength and stretch exercises to empower women with improved agility, flexibility and strength for a healthier lifestyle.

Classes will run Jan 22-April 13 (no classes March 18-30)

$12/drop in public 

15% discount for registered students or parents of registered students use code multi15. 

(Must be registered in a current class or have a student registered in current season, any program)

Fridays 1:30-2:30 

Women only ages 30+

Please bring water bottle, towels, yoga mat, pillows/blocks, and light weights (1-3 lbs)

Yoga socks are also recommended.
