Whole body health is an important component to a healthy lifestyle. From strength of mind to strength of body, our instructors for AIDA Wellness believe that EVERYONE has the tools they need to maintain or improve their own well-being in a safe, nurturing community environment. Whether you are looking to relax with a yoga class, burn calories in a dance fitness program, or learn skills to improve your physical, mental and emotional health, kids and adults will find a program that fits their needs with our trained, certified AIDA Wellness instructors.

Kids Yoga Adventure
Empowering students ages 4-9 yrs with tools to respect and respond to emotions for improved mindfulness, self-regulation and improved physical health using fun themes, games and yoga poses.

Ladies Strength and Stretch
Focusing on gentle strength and stretch exercises to empower women with improved agility, flexibility and strength for a healthier lifestyle.

Ladies Tap and Tone
Get ready to move, groove, and sculpt in Tap & Tone—a unique workout that blends the rhythmic fun of tap dance with the muscle-building benefits of strength training and the flexibility of targeted stretching.
This upbeat class is designed to improve coordination, endurance, and body awareness while toning key muscle groups and boosting cardiovascular health. No need to be an experienced dancer—just bring your energy, and we’ll bring the beats.
In each session, you’ll:

Learn rhythmic tap combinations

Use bodyweight or light resistance for strength exercises

Enhance mobility through dynamic stretching

Build agility, balance, and musicality
Perfect for dancers, fitness lovers, and anyone looking to add rhythm to their routine. Tap shoes encouraged, but not required—just come ready to move and have fun!

2-3 lb weights are recommended for this class
