This class blends conditioning, thoughtful discussion, and confidence-building movement in a safe space for all levels. Join us to move, sweat, and connect with other women in the community!

DESCRIPTION: Get ready to “Step Up!” In this high-energy commercial hip hop class, dancers will learn choreography inspired by music from the movie soundtrack while exploring the foundation and evolution of hip hop dance.
